1. I am not in Australia, can you still help me in my visa application?
Definitely. Most of our clients are living in countries other than Australia while they apply for migration to or further education in Australia.

2. What are the basic requirements for migration under the skilled visa categories?
You should have either a university degree, diploma or trade certificate, competent English (IELTS 6.0 or above), no less than 12 months work experience in the past 24 months (unless have obtained an Australian degree within the past 6 months), and no more than 45 years of age. You get extra points if you have 3 years work experience in the past 4 years, know a major community language besides English, and if your spouse also meets the basic requirements.

3. Who would be eligible to apply under the business and investment immigration visas?
Business owners and chief executives of a company may be eligible for business immigration. People who have net assets of no less than AU$200,000 and at least one year experience in business may be eligible to apply for business migration visa classes.

4. How do I know my chances of immigration to Australia?
Our registered migration agents will carefully assess your eligibility to migrate before we accept your application. We only represent clients in processing their migration application after they have passed our preliminary assessment. You can provide your information by submitting the online Questionnaire or by sending your RESUME to us.

5. How long does it take to get the visa?
In most cases, the process may take 6-12 months for skilled visa categories. The waiting period mainly depends on the type of visa class you are applying under.

6. What's the total costs of the immigration application?
The costs vary between different visa categories. You can check the government fees by visiting Procedure & Fees.

7. How much and when will I pay the service fee?
Our service fee is based on the visa class you are applying for and how much work your application needs. We will advise you the fees after the Preliminary Assessment. You will pay an upfront fee to begin the full services, a second instalment fee is payable before lodgement of the visa application, and the final payment is due upon approval of your visa application.

8. If my application is denied, what can I do?
Our registered migration agent will examine your background carefully in the preliminary assessment before accepting your case. If the visa office has questions or requires additional information regarding an application, we'll contact you to discuss the request. 9. Do you have people who are familiar with regulations applied specifically to China and can deal with documents in

Yes. We can even supply sample documents you may refer to.

10. Is it possible to find a job in Australia before migrating?
Australian companies normally require their employees have permanent resident visa. If your skill and occupation is in high demand, you may be offered a job before applying for a permanent resident visa. The company will need to sponsor you to get a visa.

12. Do all documents have to be certified? Who can certify my documents?
Most materials have to be certified. This means a copy which is authorised as a true copy by a person whom a Statutory Declaration may be made. Such authorised persons include the following: a magistrate, Justice of the Peace, Commissioner for Declarations and Commissioner for Affidavits.

13. I would like to visit Australia before lodging a migration application, can you arrange that?

14. Is settlement location important in assessing the application for migration?
In some visa categories, particularly for certain skilled and business migration categories, the Australia Federal Government and State Governments may have preferences of the location settlement.

15. Is my profession important in assessing my migration application?
Yes. Some occupations carry a higher score, 60 and some may only carry 40. Some qualifications may not be recognised in Australia even though your profession is eligible for a high credit.

16. How long it may take to get an Australian citizenship?
Minimum 2 years. You are required to stay in Australia for at least 2 years in the last 5 years AND you must live in Australia for at least 12 months in that last 2 years.

17. Am I allowed to travel or work in other countries after I obtain permanent residency?
Yes.

18. Is there any government assistance to new immigrants?
New immigrants have to wait 2 years to be eligible for full government benefits. But they will be eligible immediately to free medicare and domestic education fee similar to an Australian citizen. However, in special circumstances, you may be entitled to childcare, family allowance, and rental assistance.

19. How can I be eligible to apply for migration immediately after study in Australia?
To be eligible for applying for a permanent residency visa, overseas students must complete a course of diploma level or higher in Australia for at least two academic years of full-time study. They have to apply for the visa within 6 months of completion of the course.

20. Why do Australian immigration policies change frequently, and how do I get updated information?
The immigration policies are often reviewed and changes may be made at any time by the Minister. It may be based on how the immigration system is currently running or its effects on the Australian economy and employment status. Immigration department normally informs registered migration agents well in advance of major policy changes. Registered migration agents may also be invited to comment on proposed changes. We will keep our clients updated of any such changes or possible changes and the implication to his/her application.
